What you will do

• Drive client growth and operational metrics through process optimization and new growth initiatives.
• Develop and standardize internal processes, reporting, and documentation to support 5-10x scaling over the next 12 months.
• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process and execute critical internal operations projects.
• Act as the primary lead for complex accounts representing $1.2M - $1.5M in annual recurring revenue.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Billing, and Sales teams to align client needs with company objectives.
• Mentor junior team members and act as an escalation point for client relationships.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS company.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel for data-driven analysis.
• Proven expertise in project management and deploying multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
• Experience leading others in client-facing roles.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Mountain View, CA.
• Ability to travel 10-20% of the time.

Nice to have

• Experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) space.
• Prior startup experience.
