What you will do

• Design and optimize analog circuits in advanced process nodes for mixed-signal IPs.
• Create circuit floorplans, perform simulations, and extract chip parameters.
• Develop and execute test plans to verify designs against microarchitecture specifications.
• Optimize circuits for power, performance, area, timing, and yield goals.
• Collaborate with architecture and layout teams to ensure robust SoC integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering with 4+ years of experience, or a Master's with 2+ years.
• Experience with simulation tools such as Cadence ADE or Synopsys PrimeWave.
• Proficiency with layout tools such as Cadence Virtuoso.
• Must possess valid US work authorization (no immigration sponsorship provided).

Nice to have

• Ph.D. in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related discipline.
• Exposure to device physics, power delivery, and power integrity domains.
• Design knowledge of thermal sensors and fuses.
