What you will do

• Design and execute a growth experimentation roadmap across acquisition, activation, and expansion.
• Identify and test new channels for reaching developers, including SEO, content loops, and community tactics.
• Optimize signup and onboarding funnels in close partnership with the product team.
• Implement tracking, dashboards, and experiment frameworks for data-driven decision-making.
• Run A/B and multivariate tests on landing pages, emails, pricing pages, and in-product flows.
• Collaborate with the GEO/AEO team to increase visibility in the field of LLMs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in growth or performance marketing within B2B SaaS companies.
• Proven track record of running independent experiments with a strong bias to action.
• Proficiency in funnel metrics, cohort analysis, and growth marketing tooling.
• Ability to work with high autonomy and minimal supervision.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to technical audiences or developers.
• Familiarity with API products and usage-based pricing models.
• Basic scripting skills in Python or JavaScript to automate experiments.
• Experience with product-led growth (PLG) motions and self-serve funnels.
