What you will do

• Ideate, script, shoot, and edit growth content for Meta, TikTok, and Instagram.
• Produce and iterate paid campaign creative on Meta to optimize CAC and ROAS.
• Build and manage a roster of UGC creators and clippers to ensure a steady stream of quality content.
• Write high-converting ad and TikTok-native copy in English.
• Manage the full production cycle independently: casting, location sourcing, on-set direction, and post-production.
• Analyze performance metrics across social platforms to guide future creative decisions and iterations.

Requirements

• Genuinely excellent English proficiency with proven experience writing high-performing ad copy.
• Extensive experience in B2C performance creative and high-volume UGC production for consumer products.
• Proven track record of producing successful ads for Meta and TikTok.
• Ability to handle end-to-end production independently, from initial concept to final delivery.
• Experience managing creator pools and external production agencies without losing control of output.
• Comfortable using channel metrics and growth numbers to decide what to produce next.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI products or emotionally engaging consumer apps in social/entertainment spaces.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager or paid social buying.
• Experience driving measurable installs or subscriptions for B2C subscription products.
• Familiarity with production back-office tasks like release forms, usage rights, and creator contracts.
• Knowledge of attribution tools such as pixels, deferred deep linking, and MMP setup.
