What you will do

• Respond to technical support requests via the Customer Portal.
• Guide customers on software features to maximize platform utility.
• Monitor and ensure customer deployments are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Act as a liaison between customers and the development team to resolve issues.
• Provide technical support to customer-facing teams during deployments.
• Participate in on-call weekend shifts to maintain 24/7 coverage.

Requirements
