Analyst, Global Security Operations Center-2

Location: New York, New York, USA; flexible in-office schedule with day and evening shifts as required

Base pay: $66,300.00–$75,000.00 per year

What you will do

• Monitor domestic and global threats involving employees, executives, travelers, stores, facilities, assets, and operations.
• Support protective intelligence, executive travel monitoring, situational awareness reporting, and threat escalation.
• Use emergency communication and incident response platforms to identify affected personnel and distribute targeted notifications.
• Monitor CCTV and access control systems, conduct video reviews, troubleshoot security equipment, and coordinate issues with internal teams and vendors.
• Maintain incident documentation and support Asset Protection reporting and analysis related to theft, shrink, and security trends.
• Provide security monitoring and intelligence support for executive, corporate, employee, and brand events.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, Security Management, Emergency Management, Intelligence Studies, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a GSOC, corporate security, Asset Protection, intelligence, law enforcement, military, or emergency management environment.
• Strong analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with careful attention to detail.
• Ability to analyze multiple information sources, manage competing priorities, remain composed during critical incidents, and handle confidential information.
• Ability to work a flexible in-office schedule, including possible day and evening shifts and occasional support for significant incidents, executive travel, or special events.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn security and analytical technologies.

Nice to have

• Previous supervisory or team-lead experience.
• Experience with AlertMedia, ThinkLP, CCTV, access control, mass notification, incident management, or intelligence platforms.
• Experience supporting retail, corporate, geographically dispersed, or global operations.
