What you will do

• Act as the primary point of contact for customers to ensure responsive and trusted communication.
• Identify and develop new service opportunities to drive profitable growth within existing accounts.
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, and project teams to implement high-quality service solutions.
• Track account performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations and satisfaction indicators.
• Conduct account reviews and provide performance insights for continuous improvement.
• Gather market and customer feedback to support the development of the service portfolio.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience in customer development and service sales, ideally within capital goods industries.
• Fluency in Polish and English is required.
• Willingness to travel more than 50% of the time.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
