What you will do
- Lead and grow product sales for spare parts and consumables across the Eastern Europe area.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with customers and internal teams to deliver tailored industrial solutions.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Manage customer relationships and provide proactive support to ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience in B2B sales within industrial or process industries.
- Fluent in English and Polish.
- Valid driving license and ability to travel more than 50% of the time within Eastern Europe.
- Solid understanding of paper process technologies and customer needs.
