What you will do

• Manage and grow a portfolio of strategic institutional customers, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
• Develop trusted relationships with executive and operational stakeholders across customer organizations.
• Partner cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Compliance, Engineering, and Support to resolve issues and improve customer experience.
• Identify opportunities for upsell and additional product adoption while supporting commercial negotiations.
• Monitor customer health using business metrics and proactively mitigate risks to renewals.
• Act as the voice of the customer by providing structured feedback to influence product roadmaps.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Strategic Partnerships supporting enterprise or institutional customers.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong commercial mindset with experience identifying growth opportunities and supporting negotiations.
• Solid understanding of fintech, payments, financial services, SaaS, or digital assets.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with strong ownership and accountability.
