Director, Platform Accounts Management (Fintech): Leading a strategic commercial organization that grows and strengthens platform partnerships with an accent on portfolio performance, executive relationships, and scalable operating models. Focus on solving complex partnership challenges, aligning cross-functional teams, and driving retention, product adoption, and long-term business value.

Location: Remote within the United States

On-target earnings: $275,000–$350,000 per year in California, Washington, New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut; $243,750–$318,750 per year in all other U.S. states.

What you will do

  • Set the vision and account management strategy for a portfolio of platform partners.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing commercial organization focused on scalable execution.
  • Drive retention, growth, product adoption, operational health, and long-term partnership value.
  • Build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders and guide complex decisions, escalations, and portfolio priorities.
  • Influence commercial strategy through partnership insights, portfolio trends, and market dynamics.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Marketing, Analytics, Risk, Finance, and Operations leaders to deliver merchant and business outcomes.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in account management, strategic partnerships, customer success, business development, consulting, or related commercial leadership roles.
  • Deep commercial leadership and people leadership experience in complex or high-growth environments.
  • Experience shaping organizational strategy, operating models, and cross-functional decisions.
  • Ability to align teams, navigate competing priorities, and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong business judgment, analytical thinking, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in fintech, platforms, payments, commerce, SaaS, or other technology-driven industries.
