What you will do

  • Own the full customer relationship from onboarding through renewal and expansion to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Develop and execute territory strategy plans to increase platform utilization and customer sentiment.
  • Manage renewal, expansion, and cross-sell cycles to protect and grow net revenue retention.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders (CROs, CFOs, CISOs) to optimize GTM business processes.
  • Leverage AI-powered insights to surface at-risk accounts and identify expansion signals.
  • Collaborate with internal product and technical teams to remove organizational and technical roadblocks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales lifecycle, account management, or customer success within SaaS.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proven track record of managing complex multi-month renewal and expansion cycles.
  • Deep understanding of GTM strategies, sales operations, and financial ROI modeling for executive audiences.
  • Strong ability to navigate complex organizational networks and influence without direct authority.
