TL;DR

Strategic Account Executive (Fintech): Driving new business acquisition for Truework verification services among large national and regional lenders with an accent on complex, high-value sales cycles. Focus on building repeatable playbooks, navigating executive-level decision-making processes, and quantifying ROI to displace legacy lending solutions.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Hybrid roles are available in hub locations (Denver, San Francisco, Nashville, Santiago) with an expectation of 3+ days in-office.

Salary: $229,724–$351,343 USD (Remote range)

What you will do

  • Consistently achieve pipeline and revenue targets by applying modern sales techniques to manage full-cycle deal strategies.
  • Cultivate awareness of the Truework vision through targeted campaigns and collaboration with marketing and partner teams.
  • Navigate complex buy team personas, identifying key decision-makers and influencers within large lending organizations.
  • Conduct deep analysis of customer strategic growth plans and technology footprints to quantify ROI and impact.
  • Represent market trends and client needs to internal Executive and Product teams to drive product evolution.
  • Maintain resilience and grit while experimenting with new tactics to overcome obstacles in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle sales experience selling transformative technology solutions.
  • Proven track record of closing 6- and 7-figure pursuits with EVPs and CXOs.
  • Deep understanding of common sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or Power Selling.
  • Ability to navigate large organizations' political landscapes to maintain and expand relationships.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and reside within the country.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present executive-level business cases.
