Sales Executive (Proptech): Acquiring and growing relationships with small rental property owners and management companies to expand hirify.global’s Rentals marketplace with an accent on value-based selling and rapid qualification. Focus on executing the MEDDPICC sales process, managing a high volume of outbound calls, and onboarding new partners to hirify.global's solutions.

Location: Remote-USA (Field position: Must live within a reasonable commuting distance to the assigned region/service area)

Salary: $27.80 - $46.70 hourly (base pay varies by state)

What you will do

  • Drive the full new business sales cycle from identification and prospecting to negotiation and closing.
  • Conduct a high volume of outbound calls and Zoom meetings to secure new accounts and increase participation from multifamily management companies.
  • Manage prospects, activity logs, and opportunities using Salesforce and Salesloft.
  • Execute the MEDDPICC sales process and utilize Challenger principles to lead value-based conversations.
  • Act as a brand ambassador and relay the voice of the customer to influence product and marketing improvements.
  • Consistently meet and exceed assigned key performance metrics and sales quotas.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B, inside, or outside sales, specifically selling into accounts with complex decision-making processes.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals.
  • Proficiency in Google Suite; Salesforce or other CRM experience is preferred.
  • Ability to travel 2-3 times per year for company events.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
