TL;DR

Partner Development Representative (Fintech): Generating high-quality meetings through prospecting existing and new partnerships with an accent on payroll providers, benefits brokers, and accountants. Location: Hybrid in Lindon, Utah

Salary: $25.45 - $26.45 per hour (plus $40,000 variable target)

What you will do

  • Generate high-quality meetings from a strategic mix of net new and reactivated partner relationships.
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to prospective partners across core segments.
  • Collaborate with Partner Account Managers to develop and execute territory growth plans.
  • Design and execute targeted prospecting and nurturing campaigns using Outreach and Salesforce.
  • Articulate the company's value proposition as an industry disruptor to potential partners.
  • Maintain a precise pipeline of booked meetings and detailed records of all interactions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Communications, or equivalent experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding pipeline and meeting-generation goals.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Outreach.
  • Must be based in or able to work from the office in Lindon, Utah.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or channel/partner sales environments.
  • Participation in College-Level Professional Sales Programs.
  • Experience navigating relationships with brokers, accountants, or payroll providers.
