What you will do

  • Generate new opportunities via strategic outbound prospecting and pipeline development.
  • Own the full sales cycle: discovery, product demonstrations, proposals, negotiation, and closing.
  • Manage both self-generated opportunities and inbound leads from marketing to maximize revenue growth.
  • Present and communicate hirify.global’s value proposition to fleet managers and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Navigate complex deals with multiple decision-makers and influencers.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and sales activity updates in CRM systems; support trade shows and industry events as needed.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in the United States (fully remote) and able to travel up to 25% domestic.
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including closing new business.
  • Proven success managing complex sales cycles and meeting/exceeding sales quotas.
  • Demonstrated outbound prospecting and pipeline generation experience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills with executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience with Salesforce and/or ZoomInfo (preferred) and a valid driver’s license.

Salary: $80,000–$85,000/year + commission
