TL;DR

Commercial Counsel (HealthTech): Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a high volume of commercial agreements for an AI-powered clinical intelligence platform with an accent on SaaS, vendor, and customer contracts. Focus on managing legal risk while supporting the Growth organization and scaling the commercial contracting function.

Location: Must be based in the United States (Fully remote)

Salary: $120,000 – $135,000 annually

What you will do

  • Draft, review, and negotiate customer and vendor agreements, including SaaS, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and BAAs.
  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to provide business-focused legal guidance to move deals forward.
  • Maintain and improve contract templates, playbooks, and internal commercial legal resources.
  • Manage routine and moderately complex commercial negotiations independently.
  • Support the business on data privacy, AI, and technology-related contractual provisions.
  • Collaborate with Product, Finance, Operations, and Security teams to support daily legal needs.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.
  • 5+ years of legal experience with significant focus on drafting and negotiating technology contracts.
  • Strong expertise in commercial contracts, specifically SaaS and vendor agreements.
  • Ability to manage high volumes of work and balance legal risk with business priorities.
  • Must be based in the United States.

  • Experience in healthcare, health tech, data privacy, or AI.
