What you will do

• Elicit and validate functional and non-functional system requirements in collaboration with business clients and stakeholders.
• Perform requirements coverage and impact analysis through traceability to business requirements and test cases.
• Collaborate with external vendors and internal IT teams to provide clarity on specifications during development.
• Analyze new payment industry technologies and standards (EMV, ISO) and their impact on solutions.
• Support the release management process for internal delivery into production and FI environments.
• Assist certification and testing teams by interpreting business functions and specifications.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in a Business Systems Analyst role.
• Must be eligible to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
• Knowledge of financial services and online/mobile payment technologies (debit, credit, EMV).
• Proficiency in ISO 8583 and ISO 20022 standards.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, and various SDLC methods (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Bachelor's degree in computer systems, engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
