What you will do

• Collaborate with business teams to elicit, analyze, and document API and integration requirements.
• Define API specifications, including request/response structures, payload formats, and data mappings.
• Work with architects and developers to ensure alignment with Digital Client Onboarding platform standards.
• Ensure API implementations meet strict Operations and Compliance requirements.
• Identify and implement process improvements to gain efficiencies and enhance customer service.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, developers, and product owners.

Requirements

• Must have current work authorization for Canada.
• University Degree in Computer Science or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in the Brokerage Securities or Financial Services industry.
• Strong experience with API-based solutions, including requirements analysis, interface mapping, and integration support.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and database design.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies, JIRA, Confluence, SoapUI, Postman, and XSD.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Python or Java.
• Knowledge of cloud services and platforms.
• Understanding of cybersecurity risk management principles.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau.
