What you will do

• Translate business and data integrity needs into clear functional requirements for lineage, data quality, reconciliations, metadata, and MDM capabilities.
• Contribute to the logical design of data integrity solutions, including data rules, lineage models, and reconciliation logic.
• Perform data impact assessments on change initiatives to ensure alignment with enterprise data architecture and "data essentials" standards.
• Partner with technology teams to refine solution designs, prepare functional specifications, and validate delivered functionality.
• Use SQL and analytical techniques to explore datasets, validate assumptions, and provide evidence-based inputs into solution design.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation including requirements, specifications, data flows, and test evidence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data management, data architecture, or business analysis within complex enterprise environments.
• Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience working with complex datasets.
• Expertise in analyzing end-to-end data flows, source-to-target mapping, and transformation logic.
• Solid understanding of data governance, metadata, ownership, and control concepts.
• Experience contributing to the design of data solutions such as lineage models or MDM capabilities.
• Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments.

Nice to have

• Exposure to enterprise platforms like Collibra, Purview, or Informatica, or open-source tools like OpenLineage and Great Expectations.
• Experience using Python for data analysis, validation, or light automation.
• Understanding of data integration technologies and APIs.
