Salary: $100,000 – $150,000

What you will do

• Conduct current state analysis, requirements gathering, and workflow design for front-office implementations.
• Execute system configuration, integration, test management, and create training documentation.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to ensure value delivery on time and within budget.
• Define and promote technical implementation methodologies, including SDLC, migration strategies, and QA standards.
• Develop internal accelerators and propositions within an OMS/front and middle office framework.
• Manage the business and technical workflow handover to client teams upon engagement completion.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in implementations, product management, or production support for front-office tech (e.g., Blackrock Aladdin, Charles River IMS, Bloomberg AIM).
• Based in North America.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, or AWS.
• Deep understanding of Asset/Wealth Management value chains and investment products (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives).
• Expertise in at least one area: Risk & Analytics, Compliance, Portfolio Management, Trading, or Data Management.
• Experience leading executive-level workshops and steering committees.

Nice to have

• Additional coding skills beyond SQL.
• Experience with Azure or AWS cloud-based architecture integration.
• Industry certifications such as CFA, CAIA, or FINRA Series 7.
