What you will do

• Support the technical roadmap for the Connected Home portfolio and influence overall solution design.
• Analyze and refine user stories and acceptance criteria in collaboration with Product Owners and stakeholders.
• Lead JAD sessions and collaborate with architects and developers to design comprehensive end-to-end solutions.
• Create and maintain detailed functional, design, API, and solution specifications.
• Provide oversight to Development, QA, and BRT teams to ensure delivery of complex changes.
• Perform impact assessments on existing applications and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
• 5+ years of professional experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience building scalable distributed systems with service-oriented architectures.
• Proficiency in UML diagramming and experience with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban.
• Must be based in and able to work onsite in Brampton, ON.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

• Product knowledge in Connected Home domains: TV, Internet, Home Phone, and Smart Home Monitoring.
