What you will do

• Take operational ownership of the configuration, reliability, and standards of AI tools and platforms.
• Support the AI Operations team in responding to changes in models, tools, and underlying capabilities.
• Improve visibility regarding AI tool configuration, access administration, permissions, and dependencies.
• Identify and resolve unstable or high-friction areas in the AI tooling setup.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align AI tooling with business needs and operational workflows.
• Provide leadership with clear insights into the performance and fragility of the AI tooling stack.

Requirements

• Must be based in the UK.
• Demonstrable experience managing or improving technical platforms, including AI tools, automation, or LLM-based workflows.
• Strong technical judgment regarding platform configuration, integrations, APIs, and dependencies.
• Ability to prioritize trade-offs in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Track record of driving operational improvements through to completion.
• Clear, direct communication skills and the confidence to uphold operational standards.
