Salary: £240,000 - £255,000 per year

What you will do

• Act as a deep technical partner to mission-driven organizations, advising on agent architectures, context engineering, and cost optimization.
• Provide hands-on support via pair programming, prototyping, and direct code contributions to partner engineering teams.
• Develop public goods infrastructure, including benchmarks, MCPs, and Agent Skills to benefit broader ecosystems.
• Identify unique challenges for social impact partners and integrate findings back into core product and research.
• Create scalable technical content, demos, and documentation to accelerate partner adoption.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, Forward Deployed Engineer, or technical founder.
• Production experience building LLM-powered applications (prompting, context engineering, evals, and deployment at scale).
• Proven track record of shipping products and earning trust with technical founders.
• Experience working with ed-tech, healthcare, scientific research, or nonprofit organizations.
• Visa sponsorship is available, though not guaranteed for every candidate.
