What you will do

• Advise customers on leveraging AI to create meaningful business value within the hirify.global platform.
• Partner with Sales and Customer Success to provide specialist AI expertise during strategic engagements.
• Design solution approaches combining platform capabilities with modern AI technologies like agentic workflows, MCP, and APIs.
• Identify customer challenges and opportunities for AI-driven improvements in workflows and brand operations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share feedback and influence the product roadmap.
• Develop enablement materials and best practices to scale AI consulting capabilities across the organization.

Requirements

• Must be able to work in a hybrid setup from St. Gallen, London, or New York offices.
• Experience in Solutions Consulting, Solution Architecture, Technical Consulting, or Customer Success.
• Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies including LLMs, agentic workflows, MCP, and RAG.
• Strong understanding of APIs, SDKs, integrations, and automation platforms.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into outcome-focused business solutions.
• Fluent English proficiency required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI consulting.
• Familiarity with hirify.global platform.
• Knowledge of design systems, DAM, CMS, or tools like Figma, Adobe InDesign, or Contentful.
