What you will do

• Lead end-to-end technical engagements, from POC workshops to production deployment and stabilization.
• Write and ship production-grade code in Python, TypeScript, and Node directly within customer environments.
• Architect solutions that meet rigorous security, compliance, and infrastructure requirements.
• Facilitate high-energy customer hackathons and builder activation events to drive platform adoption.
• Develop reusable technical assets like reference implementations, starter apps, and SDKs.
• Synthesize field insights to inform product improvements and feature requirements for the R&D team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software engineering experience with a proven track record of shipping production code.
• Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and Node.
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals including API design, system architecture, and CI/CD.
• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end technical engagements and customer-facing workshops.
• Must be based in London, UK or Dublin, Ireland.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with C-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Deep understanding of LLM core concepts, context engineering, and conversational AI patterns.
• Experience building multi-agent AI systems using frameworks like LangChain or CrewAI.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and observability tools.
• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
