Location: United Kingdom; hybrid role with at least 3 days per week from the UK office

What you will do
- Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations for customer, product, and operations problems.
- Apply LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows.
- Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
- Work with product and engineering teams to identify valuable opportunities and ship improvements quickly into production.
- Design systems for accuracy, hallucination prevention, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.
- Convert manual processes into reliable AI-enabled systems that can scale.
Requirements
- Hands-on engineering experience building AI agents, LLM applications, RAG systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled tools.
- Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar practical stack.
- Ability to ship working systems, evaluate quality, and improve reliability over time.
- Good judgment about what should and should not be automated.
- Strong English communication is required; English is the main working language.
- Must be based in the UK and work from the UK office at least 3 days per week.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, banking, support automation, risk, KYC, fraud, CRM, or operations automation.
- Evidence of personally building, shipping, or scaling a serious product, platform, or system.
