TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in London, UK (must work from the office at least 3 days per week)

What you will do

  • Build AI agents, workflows, and tools to solve customer and operational problems.
  • Implement LLMs, retrieval (RAG), tool calling, and guardrails for practical financial workflows.
  • Create AI-assisted experiences for KYC, onboarding, risk review, CRM, and product intelligence.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify and ship high-impact AI features quickly.
  • Design systems around real-world constraints including accuracy, latency, cost, and security.
  • Transform manual processes into reliable, scalable AI-enabled systems.

Requirements

  • Proven hands-on experience building AI agents, LLM applications, and RAG systems.
  • Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar practical stack.
  • Ability to ship production-ready systems with a focus on reliability and evaluation.
  • Must be based in the UK and able to work from the London office 3 days per week.
  • Strong English communication skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Fintech, banking, support automation, risk, KYC, fraud, or CRM operations.
