What you will do

• Support customer discovery sessions to identify business challenges and AI use cases.
• Build demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and prototype solutions using hirify.global AI capabilities.
• Configure and test AI experiences including virtual agents, agent assistance, and conversational AI workflows.
• Integrate AI solutions with APIs, business systems, and external data sources.
• Create reusable demo environments and technical solution documentation.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to prepare technical responses and share customer feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Data Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• 0–2 years of experience in a technical, customer-facing, software, or AI-related role.
• Basic understanding of AI, ML, NLP, or Generative AI concepts.
• Foundational programming skills, preferably in Python.
• Familiarity with APIs and modern software applications.
• Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI, software development, or cloud technologies through internships or personal projects.
• Understanding of data structures, databases, and system integrations.
