What you will do

• Provide technical leadership for supplier and factory quality initiatives across Rigid Frame Truck heavy structures.
• Drive modern manufacturing transformation using Welding Digital Thread and Digital Weld Instruction technologies.
• Lead APQP process conformance and Built-In Quality performance across the supply base.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain to resolve complex technical issues.
• Mentor engineering teams and serve as a subject matter expert for manufacturing and quality challenges.
• Travel up to 20% to supplier sites, manufacturing facilities, and customer locations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in an accredited Engineering program required.
• Must be able to work onsite 5 days a week in Tucson, AZ or Decatur, IL.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Proven experience in product design, development, and APQP execution.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience in machinery, heavy equipment, or manufacturing environments.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in CREO or other CAD tools.
• Familiarity with Finite Element Analysis (FEA) tools.
• Experience developing PowerBI dashboards.
• Previous supply chain experience.
