What you will do
- Take full ownership of a portfolio of MSP accounts to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Re-engage existing customers and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular business reviews and outreach.
- Monitor product usage metrics to address adoption gaps and drive retention.
- Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through proactive expansion strategies.
- Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce.
Requirements
- 2-4+ years of experience in account management or relationship-focused sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong commercial mindset with experience in analytical forecasting.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Must be based in or able to work onsite in Vancouver, British Columbia.

- Experience in B2B sales specifically within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) sector.
