What you will do

  • Take full ownership of a portfolio of MSP accounts to identify and close upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Re-engage existing customers and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute tailored account plans, including regular business reviews and outreach.
  • Monitor product usage metrics to address adoption gaps and drive retention.
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets through proactive expansion strategies.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 2-4+ years of experience in account management or relationship-focused sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in analytical forecasting.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, specifically Salesforce.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be based in or able to work onsite in Vancouver, British Columbia.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B sales specifically within the Managed Service Provider (MSP) sector.
  • Highly motivated, coachable, and resilient personality.
