What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of 15-20 accounts within an assigned territory to drive growth and customer success.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with executive and C-level stakeholders.
- Execute strategic account planning, including industry research and accurate sales forecasting.
- Identify client business challenges and influence resource allocation to provide software, hardware, and service solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendor partners to meet customer business objectives.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage opportunities, pipelines, and account documentation.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a business-to-business sales environment.
- Solid business acumen with experience managing a sales funnel and financial forecasting.
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex solutions.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and Office 365 applications.
- High-level commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship building.
- Ability to work effectively both individually and in a team environment.
