TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Mississauga, ON (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and prospects, representing the company professionally.
  • Manage and grow the scope and value of existing accounts within the database.
  • Meet renewal targets, generate price quotes, and identify upsell opportunities for products and services.
  • Plan and execute effective sales campaigns targeting the existing account base.
  • Handle inbound and outbound communications to promote special offers and resolve customer needs.
  • Collaborate with sales executives, channel partners, and marketing teams to support overall sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in high-volume B2B sales or renewals, ideally within the technology sector.
  • Strong phone presence and experience in high-volume customer interaction environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Aptitude for learning new technologies and maintaining in-depth product knowledge.
  • Ability to excel in a team-oriented, collaborative, and fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail with proven problem identification and resolution skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Salesforce.
  • Inside Sales experience.
  • Basic knowledge of mobile technology.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
