What you will do

• Build and optimize lifecycle programs for Enterprise prospects to drive measurable conversion impact across the funnel.
• Own experimentation across lifecycle programs, running A/B tests and iterating based on performance insights.
• Collaborate with Design and Content teams to translate campaign narratives into effective lifecycle executions.
• Develop and scale personalized ABM playbooks to drive engagement across high-value accounts.
• Manage lifecycle infrastructure in Marketo, including smart lists, engagement programs, and templates.
• Integrate AI tools and automation into daily workflows to accelerate campaign build, QA, and analysis.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Lifecycle Marketing, Demand Generation, or ABM within Enterprise B2B environments.
• Hands-on experience with Marketo and Salesforce.
• Proven track record of building programs that drive measurable engagement and conversion.
• Strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and end-to-end customer journey design.
• Analytical mindset with experience building dashboards and reporting frameworks to measure impact.
• Ability to apply AI tools and workflows to improve operational efficiency and conversion outcomes.
