Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York (Hybrid)
Compensation: $220,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do
- Hire, develop, and lead a team of Strategic Growth Strategists focused on enterprise accounts.
- Drive expansion pipeline and revenue growth through multithreading and new use case discovery.
- Build multi-year account strategies and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to represent the voice of the customer and influence GTM strategy.
- Own forecasting, KPI tracking, and executive reporting for the strategic portfolio.
- Develop and evolve playbooks for engaging and retaining the largest enterprise clients.
Requirements
- 8+ years in customer-facing roles (CSM, Account Manager) at a B2B SaaS company.
- 4+ years leading and scaling teams in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and retention within enterprise segments.
- Experience influencing and navigating at the executive/C-level.
- Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to build scalable processes.
- Technical aptitude and curiosity to connect product capabilities to business outcomes.
