TL;DR

Manager of Strategic Accounts (SaaS): Leading a team of growth strategists to drive expansion, retention, and executive relationships for enterprise customers with an accent on GTM strategy and account health. Location: Must be based in or able to work from New York (Hybrid)

Compensation: $220,000 – $250,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Hire, develop, and lead a team of Strategic Growth Strategists focused on enterprise accounts.
  • Drive expansion pipeline and revenue growth through multithreading and new use case discovery.
  • Build multi-year account strategies and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Partner with Sales, Product, and Engineering to represent the voice of the customer and influence GTM strategy.
  • Own forecasting, KPI tracking, and executive reporting for the strategic portfolio.
  • Develop and evolve playbooks for engaging and retaining the largest enterprise clients.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in customer-facing roles (CSM, Account Manager) at a B2B SaaS company.
  • 4+ years leading and scaling teams in Customer Success or Account Management.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and retention within enterprise segments.
  • Experience influencing and navigating at the executive/C-level.
  • Strong systems-thinking mindset with the ability to build scalable processes.
  • Technical aptitude and curiosity to connect product capabilities to business outcomes.

  • Familiarity with the GTM (Go-To-Market) space.
