What you will do
- Own the vision and strategy for the Services & Success operating model.
- Architect and iterate on AI-driven workflows to automate customer health inspection and engagement management.
- Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, and Finance to synthesize customer data into operational priorities.
- Manage capacity modeling, forecasting, and annual planning for the TAM organization.
- Establish governance and quality frameworks for AI-assisted outputs and agentic systems.
- Lead strategic initiatives to optimize customer engagement and internal collaboration processes.
Requirements
- 8+ years in Operations or Strategy roles within Professional Services or Customer Success.
- Proven experience leading services operations with responsibility for strategy and cross-functional execution.
- Demonstrated track record of designing and deploying AI-powered workflows with measurable business outcomes.
- Expertise in data analysis, scenario modeling, and leveraging business intelligence tools.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and similar SaaS platforms.
- Must be authorized to work in the US as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
