What you will do

• Own the vision and strategy for the Services & Success operating model.
• Architect and iterate on AI-driven workflows to automate customer health inspection and engagement management.
• Drive cross-functional alignment across Sales, Product, and Finance to synthesize customer data into operational priorities.
• Manage capacity modeling, forecasting, and annual planning for the TAM organization.
• Establish governance and quality frameworks for AI-assisted outputs and agentic systems.
• Lead strategic initiatives to optimize customer engagement and internal collaboration processes.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Operations or Strategy roles within Professional Services or Customer Success.
• Proven experience leading services operations with responsibility for strategy and cross-functional execution.
• Demonstrated track record of designing and deploying AI-powered workflows with measurable business outcomes.
• Expertise in data analysis, scenario modeling, and leveraging business intelligence tools.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Outreach, and similar SaaS platforms.
• Must be authorized to work in the US as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
