What you will do

• Set the vision and roadmap for the observability suite, including traces, recordings, dashboards, and evals.
• Design experiences that serve both deeply technical engineers and non-technical operators.
• Make agent quality measurable by defining metrics for latency, cost, and conversation quality.
• Partner closely with engineering to ship high-quality features and iterate based on customer feedback.
• Drive adoption and revenue growth for the observability product line.
• Deeply understand how teams debug and monitor agents in production to shape product priorities.

Requirements

• 8+ years in product management, ideally with developer-facing or data-heavy products.
• Technical depth to reason about complex systems and earn the trust of engineers.
• Experience building for multi-persona user bases (technical and non-technical).
• Strong cross-functional influence and communication skills.
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to prioritize in a fast-growing environment.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity in San Francisco.

Nice to have

• Background in observability, monitoring, or analytics products.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM evals, tracing, or quality measurement.
• Experience at a developer tools or infrastructure company.
• Knowledge of voice AI, real-time communication, or telephony.
• Experience with usage-based pricing models.
