Location: Hybrid (Bellevue or San Francisco); must be in office 4 days per week

Salary: $314,000 – $407,000

What you will do

• Hire, manage, and develop a team of Product Managers specializing in Security, Observability, and Billing.
• Define and own the end-to-end platform roadmap, ensuring alignment with customer and business outcomes.
• Personally drive platform product strategy during the initial team-building phase.
• Build usage-based GPU compute billing and metering systems for on-demand and committed cluster contracts.
• Develop security and identity surfaces to enable seamless enterprise ML team adoption.
• Partner with platform engineering leadership to align product strategy with technical architecture.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product management experience, specifically with platform or infrastructure products.
• 3+ years of experience hiring and managing product managers as a first-line manager.
• Must be based in or able to work from Bellevue or San Francisco offices 4 days per week.
• Ability to translate ambiguous data and customer signals into clear build decisions.
• Strong technical proficiency to lead architecture discussions and evaluate technical tradeoffs.
• High-level written communication skills capable of producing executive-ready documentation.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping monetization or billing systems for usage-based products.
• Experience building identity, security, or compliance product surfaces for enterprise clients.
• Expertise in telemetry or observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
• Background in GPU compute, high performance computing (HPC), or AI infrastructure.
• Experience building a product team from the ground up.
