TL;DR
Account Manager (Cybersecurity): Expanding the product footprint within an existing customer base through consultative selling of cybersecurity solutions with an accent on revenue growth and account strategy. Focus on driving the full sales cycle, engaging C-suite executives, and collaborating with sales engineering to maximize customer value.
Location: Hybrid; must be based in Pittsburgh, PA (office attendance required 4 days a week, Monday-Thursday)

What you will do
- Identify additional solution opportunities within the existing customer base using a consultative approach.
- Manage the entire sales process from opportunity identification and demonstrations to negotiation and closing.
- Develop and execute customized close plans and account strategies in collaboration with Sales Engineering.
- Engage with the channel partner network to educate and drive incremental revenue.
- Provide high-touch customer service and coordinate support escalations as needed.
- Provide regular forecasting and strategic account planning updates to the management team.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of solution sales experience focusing on generating net new or add-on revenue.
- Proven experience selling to the C-suite (CISO, CIO, CTO preferred).
- Consistent track record of meeting and/or exceeding sales quota goals.
- Experience managing longer sales cycles (2-6 months) from prospecting to closing.
- Bachelorβs degree or equivalent work experience.
Nice to have
- Experience or training in established sales methodologies (SPIN, Sandler, Miller Heiman, Value Selling, or The Challenger Sale).
- Prior sales experience in Security or SaaS.
