Location: Field-based, must be based in the greater Detroit area, Michigan

What you will do
- Manage and grow a select group of strategic accounts within the greater Detroit area.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including Solutions Architects and Client Operations Specialists, to execute multi-year account plans.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ideally 4x the assigned targets, to achieve gross margin goals.
- Execute the sales cycle using Force Management principles, including MEDDICC and Command of the Message.
- Collaborate with technology partners to share leads and maximize mutual sales opportunities.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with clients to align security goals and ensure satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of experience in product or services-based technology sales, ideally within the cybersecurity domain.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas and executing territory expansion plans.
- Experience managing cross-functional resources, including pre-sales technical support.
- Ability to build productive business relationships with key executives and sponsors.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Must be based in or hired in the greater Detroit area.
