Salary: $73,000 - $91,000 annually

What you will do

• Manage purchase orders and supplier communications to support production needs.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and lead times, providing accurate forecasts and planning updates to vendors.
• Handle change orders, part setups, and BOM updates within the Microsoft D365 ERP system.
• Conduct supplier reviews, assist in QBRs, and track KPIs to ensure peak performance.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Contract Manufacturers to validate BOMs.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts across procurement and material flow.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of experience in material procurement, including experience with change orders.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (preferably Microsoft D365) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of MRP planning and inventory management processes.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorship is not available).
