What you will do

• Establish North America Procurement solution delivery for TL, Intermodal, Flatbed, Temp control, and Expedited modes.
• Develop vendor strategies and manage carrier relationships through RFP participation and performance monitoring.
• Analyze post-RFP results against historical and market benchmarks to provide strategic delivery and messaging.
• Coordinate with delivery and implementation teams to establish contracting, integration, and timelines for post-go-live strategy.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and FP&A teams to ensure MSA compliance and data integrity.
• Work cross-functionally with Pricing and Multimodal teams to optimize customer networks and reduce costs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S.
• At least 5 years of combined experience in carrier Procurement and Logistics/Operations.
• Deep understanding of transportation contracts, rate structures, and networks across various modes.
• Bachelors degree required.
• Availability to travel 5-10% of the time.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Tableau; familiarity with TMS platforms (e.g., Mercury Gate, Oracle) and RFP tools.
