What you will do

• Administer systems supporting procurement, inventory, infrastructure, and asset lifecycle management.
• Configure and maintain operational technology and end-user devices.
• Ensure accuracy and audit-readiness of asset and inventory records.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable business processes and workflows.
• Coordinate asset deployments, transfers, and inventory reconciliation across multiple locations.
• Develop documentation, training materials, and operational dashboards to measure performance.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizen required.
• 3–5+ years of experience in supply chain systems, IT operations, or technical operations.
• Experience administering ERP, EAM, EDI, or similar operational systems.
• Strong understanding of asset lifecycle management and inventory control.
• Ability to identify root causes and implement scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in manufacturing, logistics, or critical infrastructure industries.
• Familiarity with barcode, RFID, or automated tracking technologies.
• Experience with Jira or ServiceNow.
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
