What you will do

• Manage and create supply pars within the operating room to ensure availability.
• Perform physical receipt of goods and validate shipping against packing slips.
• Coordinate deliveries and manage vendor-supplied inventory.
• Execute procurement system queries to manage backorders and outstanding receipts.
• Support budget planning by conducting product research and monitoring inventory levels.
• Review product recall alerts and coordinate substitute products with operations.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of applicable experience in materials management or supply chain.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods.
• Proficiency in operating computer programs and supply management software.
• Ability to exert up to 50-100 pounds of force to move objects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
