Senior Procurement Manager (US Lead)

Location: Piscataway, New Jersey, United States; onsite four days per week with remote flexibility on Fridays

Salary: $150,000–$160,000 per year, based on experience

What you will do

• Design procurement strategies focused on cost control, sourcing efficiency, and significant savings.
• Manage and improve vendor management processes.
• Evaluate procurement methodologies and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Provide procurement insights and recommendations to the executive team.
• Standardize business methodologies across procurement activities.
• Supervise a team of six Purchasing Specialists and manage multiple projects and initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience managing procurement, sourcing, vendor management, and cost-saving initiatives.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Experience evaluating processes and implementing improvements.
• Experience leading or supervising procurement teams.
• Ability to work onsite in Piscataway, New Jersey, four days per week, with remote flexibility on Fridays.
