What you will do

• Develop, implement, and maintain restricted substances management regulatory requirements across hirify.global functions and sites.
• Interpret global chemical regulations and convert them into actionable business processes, tools, guidelines, and compliance controls.
• Plan and manage restricted substances projects, including scope, schedules, resources, communications, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Integrate restricted substances compliance into lifecycle management, new product introduction, and long-term planning.
• Collaborate with internal functions, suppliers, and third-party manufacturers to collect and organize supporting data.
• Review component, sub-assembly, product, and supplier information to assess restricted substances impact and compliance risk.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a science- or technical-related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in Restricted Substance Management or a similar chemical regulatory field.
• 5–10 years of pharmaceutical industry experience in areas such as medical affairs, R&D, manufacturing, engineering, or supply chain.
• Strong knowledge of global restricted substances regulations, including EU REACH and EU RoHS.
• Strong program management, presentation, communication, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
