What you will do

  • Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employment documentation.
  • Partner with EOR providers to support an internationally distributed workforce.
  • Coach managers on performance, engagement, and the specifics of leading fully remote teams.
  • Design and improve career paths, progression frameworks, and performance review cycles.
  • Develop and automate HR policies and internal processes to scale the people function with minimal bureaucracy.
  • Contribute to compensation and benefits reviews and internal equity discussions.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or HR Business Partner roles.
  • Based in the UK or possess deep knowledge of UK employment practices.
  • Experience in fast-growing startups or scale-ups with internationally distributed teams.
  • Hands-on experience with Employer of Record (EOR) providers and HRIS platforms (e.g., Rippling, HiBob, BambooHR).
  • Experience handling international relocations and immigration processes.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously within a remote-first organization.
