What you will do

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Development Managers through regular 1:1s and performance reviews.
  • Define and execute strategies for acquiring new publisher partners across Social, In-App, Direct Link, and Push/Pop channels.
  • Oversee the full publisher lifecycle from prospecting and negotiation to onboarding and long-term scaling.
  • Optimize acquisition funnels and drive automation initiatives to improve team efficiency and process scalability.
  • Monitor key business metrics including traffic volume, profitability, and partner retention to provide actionable recommendations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading and developing high-performing teams in a business development or sales capacity.
  • Strong understanding of the affiliate marketing and AdTech ecosystem, including CPI, CPA, CPL, CPC, and RevShare models.
  • Hands-on experience managing the full publisher lifecycle and evaluating traffic quality.
  • Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and experience with CRM systems.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
