What you will do

  • Identify, qualify, and close new business within assigned target accounts.
  • Collaborate with lead generation, inside sales, and sales engineering teams to build a strong pipeline.
  • Articulate the value of automation solutions to VP and C-level stakeholders.
  • Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles across diverse enterprise environments.
  • Develop and execute field marketing activities to drive pipeline growth.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and provide consistent sales forecasting.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of successful enterprise software and SaaS sales experience.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quarterly and annual quotas in Global 2000 accounts.
  • Strong experience in direct and channel selling of RPA, analytics, or process orchestration solutions.
  • Ability to conduct executive-level boardroom presentations and C-level negotiations.
  • Proficiency in using AI-enabled tools for sales efficiency and output assessment.
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent required.

Nice to have

  • MBA degree.
  • Experience across multiple industry verticals.
  • Strategic sales training background.
