What you will do
- Identify, qualify, and close new business within assigned target accounts.
- Collaborate with lead generation, inside sales, and sales engineering teams to build a strong pipeline.
- Articulate the value of automation solutions to VP and C-level stakeholders.
- Manage multiple concurrent sales cycles across diverse enterprise environments.
- Develop and execute field marketing activities to drive pipeline growth.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and provide consistent sales forecasting.
Requirements
- 5-8 years of successful enterprise software and SaaS sales experience.
- Proven track record of exceeding quarterly and annual quotas in Global 2000 accounts.
- Strong experience in direct and channel selling of RPA, analytics, or process orchestration solutions.
- Ability to conduct executive-level boardroom presentations and C-level negotiations.
- Proficiency in using AI-enabled tools for sales efficiency and output assessment.
- BS/BA degree or equivalent required.

- MBA degree.
- Experience across multiple industry verticals.
- Strategic sales training background.
