What you will do
- Drive sales performance and revenue growth by implementing strategic territory plans.
- Prospect and build a high-quality pipeline through outbound outreach and social engagement.
- Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving cross-functional stakeholders and multi-year agreements.
- Collaborate with system integrators and channel partners to accelerate ecosystem growth.
- Deliver accurate forecasts using structured methodologies like MEDDICC or BANT.
- Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to leadership and product teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in industrial solutions or warehouse robotics.
- Must be currently residing in Germany and eligible to work without sponsorship.
- Native or fluent German and proficient English communication skills.
- Valid passport and driver’s license with 40–60% travel readiness across EMEA.
- Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals valued at six figures or more.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and structured forecasting methodologies.
