What you will do

  • Drive sales performance and revenue growth by implementing strategic territory plans.
  • Prospect and build a high-quality pipeline through outbound outreach and social engagement.
  • Lead complex enterprise sales cycles involving cross-functional stakeholders and multi-year agreements.
  • Collaborate with system integrators and channel partners to accelerate ecosystem growth.
  • Deliver accurate forecasts using structured methodologies like MEDDICC or BANT.
  • Provide market intelligence and competitive insights to leadership and product teams.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of enterprise B2B sales experience in industrial solutions or warehouse robotics.
  • Must be currently residing in Germany and eligible to work without sponsorship.
  • Native or fluent German and proficient English communication skills.
  • Valid passport and driver’s license with 40–60% travel readiness across EMEA.
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals valued at six figures or more.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce and structured forecasting methodologies.
