TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to target key accounts and acquire new clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and lead generation to closing and post-sale engagement.
  • Conduct high-level negotiations with autonomy to close complex, high-value deals.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and detailed activity reports.
  • Mentor and train junior sales staff to improve team performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in full-cycle B2B software sales.
  • Strong track record in new logo acquisition and market expansion.
  • Advanced negotiation skills and ability to manage complex sales opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM and sales management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market dynamics and sales data.
  • Must be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia for hybrid office attendance.
