What you will do
- Lead data capture, validation, and governance for installed-base and customer datasets.
- Design and maintain KPI dashboards and reporting tools using data analytics and automation.
- Identify opportunities for process digitization, workflow optimization, and reduced manual effort.
- Analyze commercial and operational data to generate actionable business insights.
- Prepare and deliver quotations for Dry Gas Seal products and services, including first fit, spares, upgrades, and refurbishments.
- Manage the enquiry-to-order process, including quote follow-up, purchase order review, pricing compliance, and coordination across Sales, Engineering, and Operations.
Requirements
- Mechanical degree preferred.
- Expertise in data analysis using Excel and Power BI.
- Ability to translate data insights into commercial value.
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems and digital workflows.
- Process mapping and an automation-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Experience with data visualization and dashboarding.
- Exposure to digital transformation or continuous improvement methods such as Lean or Six Sigma.
- Understanding of data governance and system integration.
